Deep Tissue or Therapeutic Sports Massage
If you are experiencing muscle pain and tension from physical labor or recreational
activities or stress, this treatment is for you.  This therapeutic massage uses
deep pressure on trigger points to relieve soreness, as well as various stretching
techniques to relieve muscle fatigue and improve range of motion

Hot Stone Massage
This exceptionally soothing treatment includes a variety of massage techniques.
Using warm basalt stones infused with aromatherapy oils, our therapist will apply
gentle pressure to bring deep relief to tense muscles and sore joints.  The ultimate
relaxation experience!

Express Massage
You don't have the time for a full body massage?  We'll focus on the most tension
filled and hard to reach spots - your neck, shoulders and back.

Mother to Be Massage
A nuturing massage is a wonderful way to relax, increase your energy, and relieve
discomfort during pregnancy.  We use side-lying techniques, and lots of body pillows
for support!  Special attention is given to the lower back to ease discomfort and
promote circulation.
Be sure to check with your physician before scheduling your appointment.  Only
recommended after your first trimester.
