About Your Spa Visit

Robes and slippers will be provided for all spa services.  Lockers are available for your clothing and personal belongings.

Please leave your jewelry at home.  We are not responsible for lost jewelry or other personal property.

If you wish, bring your bathing suit with you for spa treatments.  Or, we will provide disposable bras and panties for you.

A light lunch can be provided upon request.

Create a custom spa experience!  Choose any of our salon or spa services, or ask us to design a package just for you!

If you have any medical conditions that we need to consider, please advise your stylist, technician or therapist.

Spa services must be reserved using a major credit card.  If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid charges.
 

Payment

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and debit cards.

Children & Cell Phones/Pagers

To preserve our relaxing spa environment, our facility is reserved for adults.  Children
under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa unless they are having services done.
Also, please leave cell phones and pagers turned off or at home.


Private Parties/Groups

Private Parties may be scheduled for Friday nights and Sunday afternoons.
Groups may also be scheduled during regular business hours.

Scheduling
To ensure that your desired appointment date and time will be available, we
recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the spa.



 

Cancellations

Because your services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us at
least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
