A  nurturing massage is a wonderful way to relax, increase your energy, and relieve discomfort during pregnancy. We use side-lying techniques, and lots of body pillows for support! Special attention is given to the lower back to ease discomfort and promote circulation.

We offer a complimentary face and hand touch up within 7 days of your appointment.

Tanning tips:

• Cleanse and exfoliate thoroughly
• Shave (if required)
• Do not moisturize
• Do not wear deodorant or make up—or remove prior to tanning
• Wear loose dark clothing and slip on shoes—no jeans or tight socks
• Wear old undergarments to tan in

After tanning:

• Your tan will take 8 to 12 hours to fully develop. Wait until then to shower. The first time you do, you will see a "residue" going down the drain. Do not panic- this is normal! This will reveal your beautiful golden tan!
• Until after your first shower, you may want to protect your sheets with a towel.
• Take short, warm showers. Use unscented soap (like Dove) or mild body wash (like Cetaphil). Pat yourself dry—don't rub!
• Moisturize—at least twice a day!
• Do not use Baby Oil
• If you wish to extend the life of your tan, use self-tanner once every 2 to 4 days. Do not over-use—the color will look dirty, or orange.

Note: The tanning solution that we use is comprised of healthy ingredients including: Vitamin E, aloe vera, rosemary (antioxidant) and ginseng (anti-aging botanical).
