Gratuities and taxes are not included in the package price. For your convenience, or that of your guest, we recommend adding a gratuity and taxes to your spa package at time of purchase.

Due to staff scheduling requirements for spa package bookings, appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at 25% of service price; less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at 50%.

Robes and slippers will be provided for all spa services. Lockers are available for storage of your personal belongings. Please leave jewelry and other valuables at home.
