Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to check in, and prepare for your services.

To ensure that your desired appointment date and time will be available, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon & spa.

cancellation policy
Because your services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Selected spa services must be reserved using a major credit card. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us 48 hours in advance to avoid possible charges. Cancellations or reschedules less than 48 hours in advance will be charged at 25% of service price; less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at 50%.

payment
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and debit cards.

gift cards
Gift cards are a perfect year-round solution for any special occasion or thank-you. You may purchase our gift cards for a specific spa package, or in any dollar amount. Sales tax will be added. We also recommend including the gratuity as part of your gift. Gift cards are non-refundable. For more information and to purchase, visit our gift card page.

children & cell phones/pagers
To preserve our relaxing spa environment, our facility is reserved for adults. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa unless they are having services done. Also, please leave your cell phones and pagers turned off or at home.

about your spa visit

• Robes and slippers will be provided for all spa services. Lockers are available for your clothing and personal belongings.
  
  
• Please leave your jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost jewelry or other personal property.
  
  
• If you wish, bring your bathing suit for spa treatments. Or, we will provide disposable bras and panties for you.
  
  
• A  light lunch can be provided upon request.
  
  
• Create a custom spa experience! Choose any of our salon or spa services, or ask us to design a package just for you.
  
  
• If you have any medical conditions that we need to consider, please advise your stylist, technician or therapist.
  
  
• If scheduling more than one spa service, reservations must be made using a major credit card.
