Masks are no longer required. However, if you prefer for your service provider and front desk coordinator to wear a mask, call the salon once you arrive and we will ensure your service provider will have a mask on. If a mask needs to be provided to you please let us know.

You will see that some of our staff members are still wearing masks, especially those performing services that require close contact. This does NOT mean that they are not vaccinated!

Clear plastic screens and other safety precautions are still in place - as well as our usual strict cleaning and sanitation protocols.

And of course - if you are feeling sick or have been exposed to someone who is sick - please call to reschedule your appointment.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for you to check in, update any personal information - and if you are a first-time client, to fill out your customer profile. Arriving late for your appointment may require us to shorten the length of your service, or reschedule your appointment. We understand that being late is sometimes unavoidable, but please call us to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure that your desired appointment date and time will be available, we recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon & spa. Also, we suggest requesting Standing Appointments with your favorite stylist or technician to guarantee your preferred day and time.

Because your services are reserved only for you, we must ask that you notify us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require full payment in advance for selected salon and spa services, with a credit card or an All About You Gift Card.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with a full 48-hour notice, your full payment will be refunded to you in a Gift Card.

If you cancel or reschedule with a full 24-hour notice, 50% of your advance payment will be refunded to you in a Gift Card.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, or if you no-show, none of your advance payment will be refunded to you.

We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, debit cards and All About You gift cards.

Gift cards are a perfect year-round solution for any special occasion, for a thank you, or just because. You may purchase your gift cards at the salon or by phone in any dollar amount. To preserve our relaxing spa environment, our facility is reserved for adults. Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the spa unless they are having services done. Also, please leave your cell phones and pagers turned off or at home.

Please leave your jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost jewelry or other personal property.

If you have any medical conditions that we need to consider, please advise your stylist, technician or therapist.

If scheduling more than one spa service, reservations must be made using a major credit card.

All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.


The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated in person by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.


It is important you contact the Salon as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you As Soon As Possible for a corrective service. 


Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.
